This is something not that common however really important because when something happens company is supported by those terms and conditions which most of the time people don’t read. Follow up even if customer requests are not urgent. You should show that your business cares about any issues your customers have and it is just a matter of time when their issue will be solved. Stay caring all the time.
9. Deploy promotion for the current customers
